Hello guys,

As I previously mentioned on other posts, we get Bitcoin from time to time and from different exchanges, thus it may occur on the exchange value variation that you might see.

As I also mentioned, if you have any issues with the exchange rates, you must open a ticket, once you open a ticket, the team can properly help you further after investigating what was reported.

@Ewgar, I’m muting you from the forum since you already know how this is being handled, but is still creating more buzz instead of guiding other users to get help which is through tickets.
