Canceled transactions too often

Recently (last few days) for me rate of cancelled transactions for items I sold is about 50% (some with manual review for days, some are cancelled instantly). That is too high. Usually it is around 1-2% of bought items to be cancelled. Are there some changes and new rules for new buyers I’m not aware of?
