# Can't open dispute.

Hi, I am trying to open a dispute because the seller and I can not agrre upon a delivery method. We both would like the order canceled but I can’t open a dispute to get it over with.

Could you try doing a hard refresh on your browser (Ctrl+F5), or try using Firefox for that page. When you see an error message on the website, please screenshot it.

You can also open a dispute using the [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ijji.gameflip) or [iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/app/gameflip-buy-sell-video-games/id970274077) app.
