# Credit disappeared

Hello,

I received a $10 credit for one of the promos being ran a week or so ago. The email I received stated the credit was good til 9/14 at 23:20 (11:20pm) but I now see my credit is missing. I opened a ticket but wanted to know if this is a known issue.

@Jarth_Mader If you haven’t done so already, send in a ticket to support so we can take a look at the issue and hopefully fix it for you.
