# Did not receive 3$ credits from selling CSGO skin item

Recently, I sold a CS:GO item for 12$ (bot trade listing). I saw that there was a promotion going on that gave sellers 3$ in credits for selling a CS:GO item worth 10$ or more, but I did not receive any credits for the sale. Does it take a significant amount of time for them to be sent? Thanks.

Please make sure that the sale has been completed (both the buyer and seller have rated each other). If you still do not receive the Credits, please contact Support and we can look into your account to see what’s going on.

Yes, it was a Bot Trade, so the buyer and I were both auto-rated. I’ll make a ticket.
