Gameflip support probably receives hundreds of tickets per day, so you’ll just have to be patient 🙂

Hello @Yuki,

As @Birb said, support receive a lot of tickets, natural problems and help on this forum so they try to solve everyone’s problems as quick as possible.

You have to remember that there are people in the same position as you, considering possibly thousands of people who submit tickets daily and a global pandemic, it is not easy to juggle all at once.

If you want to try and receive a quicker response, moderators on here to help you as much as they can.
