Hello, Had send a ticket 8 days ago they answer me 1 day later and then I answer back but has been 6 days since they last answer and don’t know if something happen or that they are having issues or that the request wasn’t possible to do there. Please let me know with anything. Code of request is #808722 Thanks for all and sorry for any inconvenience ---
