# Gameflip ignore ticket request for 10 days past. No respond !

I have an issue unsolve in ticket request with long queue this was because of scammer with fake code sale :

I purchased gift card code but the code not work anymore. The code i bought already been redeemed before me. So i just asking for cancellation but no one looking for my issue for 10 days past. Private message already sent to moderator informing my issue. Why take too long?
