# gameflip is not verifying my identity

i have sent the identity verification more than 5 times and i get rejected everytime. i am doing it all as said . please help

We wouldn’t know the reason because we did not receive your verification nor do we know why it was rejected. There are many different reasons so best is to let support know and ask them why. Include all the information they require though.
