You really need to get more staff to handle support tickets. Sometimes takes 3days for a response. G2A have 24/7 live support.

Lol they claimed im doing mass paypal fraud
they wont unban you and they will steal your money
No money is stolen from any account regardless of the status of the account.
If your account is suspended the money will stay frozen within the account’s wallet.
Unfortunately for both cases @jbleat and @RABI_SANKAR I can’t lift your suspensions.
