# Got a poor rating because buyer never came online and the order got canceled. Please wipe

Hi, i got a poor rating on this order [https://gameflip.com/exchange\_seller/7a0f7b22-ac57-483c-82ed-8512b34f05cc](https://gameflip.com/exchange_seller/7a0f7b22-ac57-483c-82ed-8512b34f05cc) after the 1 day ended and the order got canceled. The buyer said he’d be online later after he ordered and never got on. Ive been on and available for trade literally 24/7 the past few days besides when asleep. If the poor rating can be wiped thatd be much appreciated, thank you.
