# Help!! Cant log in

Good evening, i just want some help, is there anyway to log in into my account wihtout my phone number. My phone number is now disabled, i did not use it for 5months since i was working abroad, and now i have no way to re-activate it. i have the same email, i can log in but still got stuck on code that need to be sent to mobile phone.

Hey, unfortunately not.

The only way of accessing a Gameflip account is by using the code received within your phonr.

If you have a new number, let us know so we can help you using it to access your account.
