How long does it usually take for gameflip to get back to you on an issue?

4 days ago I purchased what was listed as a playerunknown battleground key, however the key ended up being for some free2play game on steam, luna online or something like that. I reported the issue and still no reply from the seller or gameflip. starting to get a little worried.
