# I can’t make a display name or a description.

Right now my account doesn’t have a display name or description. I try to make one but it is grayed out when I type it in. Please help.

Are you using Google, Facebook, or email sign in? Have you verified your email?

Try refreshing the Settings page or relogging in the site and see if it’s still grayed out, or try a different browser. If it’s urgent you can also use the [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ijji.gameflip) or [iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/app/gameflip-buy-sell-video-games/id970274077) app to change your profile.

I have the mobile app and it doesn’t work. I’m using Google.

So it didn’t work on the website, and it doesn’t work on the mobile app?

Which mobile app are you using, the Android or iOS/iPhone/iPad one?
