i just got a invalid code

i dont know how to open a dispute but i bought a $20 gta 5 rockstar gaming code and when i put the code in it said it was invalid or had already been used! rockstar does not provide a “codes used” for proof i havent put it in but here is the message that it showed https://gyazo.com/e714a54e6f6305a32a919d56b837c47a

edit: just found out how to make a dispute. hopefully i get my money back soon!
