I need a refund bc the seller used a stolen card

I have bought Dragon Quest from GameKong through gameflip. The game ended up working well until two months later when I get banned from my Nintendo Account because GameKong bought Dragon Quest through someone else’s credit card. The owner’s credit card disputed the charge and received their money back which I want the same for myself. I have already sent a private message to the moderators and I got no response.

Hello, for your case, I would suggest sending a ticket to Supoort if you have not done so.

The moderater will still suggest you to make a ticket to Support if you haven’t done so because Support is the place where you can solve this issue.

As it has been 2 months, you need to include all screenshots, proof and owner disputing it in the ticket. This has happened to me before and as long you provide enough proof, you will get your money back.
