Create a ticket [HERE](https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)send every kind of proof you have about the item, second edit the post and leave your Invite code click [HERE](https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/217993828-How-do-I-find-my-Profile-Invite-Code-) if you dont know how to find it and patiently wait for supports reply or if an active moderator see this post he will do something about it.

It might help to post the [Transaction ID](https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/217993828-How-do-I-find-my-Invite-Code-) for the sale that you are referring to in this thread.
