# Is using another persons image for item listings allowed?

Hello, another seller has decided to use the image I created for my personalized listings and I was just wondering if this was allowed.

The arrows point to my original watermarking. If you can’t read the watermarks they say “Vanilla@Gameflip”. He didn’t try to hide the fact he was using my template at all. Thanks and have a great day.

In this [related thread](https://forum.gameflip.com/t/reputable-seller-steals-reputation/12514/2), the mod told the poster to PM the link to the offending listing.

I’ve had this a few times and I adk then to take down. For the most part they do but some don’t. I unfortunately had a few without watermarks out there for a while so can’t really fight it.
