I've sold an Item but can't login because of new phone

Hi, I’ve sold an item and changed phone numbers and can’t login to the website. On Pc it only say login failed and on Mobile I’m stuck because of the mobile verification. I did put in a Ticket , I was wondering if this is faster.

Depends, but in order to speed up the process to eliminate waiting between each other, you should provide your profile code and the ticket number to make it easier for them to respond to you and look into your account.
