# Login Error. I cannot Login.

Are you logging through the website? Could you try logging in from the [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ijji.gameflip) or [iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/app/gameflip-buy-sell-video-games/id970274077) app?

You should make a [support ticket](https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so you can privately give the email address and phone number that you used to register on Gameflip, so support can look up your account. If you want to private message the [forum moderators](https://forum.gameflip.com/t/new-forum-moderators/22023), you need to browse the forum for 15+ minutes, then click on their avatar/profile for the “Message” button.
