# More time to rate in steam gift items

So I think you guys should increase the time to rate a seller (not automatically in 3 days) for people selling steam gifts. The reason why I’m saying this is, I bought GTA V about 5 days ago and yesterday I got a message saying that the game was taken out my account, because there was a problem with the payment of the owner, and even though I sent a ticket, I’m not sure if you guys will be able to help me, but there’s nothing I can do for this situation, I think I lost $30. I’ll try to get in contact with the seller, but this system should be improve to avoid losses. Thank you.
