Hello!  
I’m facing the same problem; I have provided relevant information about the gift cards I am selling. I’m not sure if it’s valid? It’s been over two days and I still haven’t received a response from support. Can you please check for me? Two of my regular customers needed my help and I didn’t want them to have a bad experience with me!
