I have tried several times to log but i cant because i dont receive any code on my phone please help! im currently on a different account, already made a ticket but no response (request number 214502) I tried diferent sites and i do receive sms on my phone please help i need to buy gift cards.

Hey I saw that your ticket was answered, but I guess it wasn’t the right solution. Regardless, of that, this issue is still happening? If so, can you please reply to the ticket so we can continue to help you further?
