# Payment declined, transactions take too long to complete

I usually shop online and I love buying with gift cards. However, depositing takes too long and it often leads to being under review or cancellation. I contacted support but it takes a few days to get a response. Even I replied back within minutes of receiving their message, they don’t bother answering me back. I am new to this site and I am quite disappointed.

Payment is usually declined with Paypal or credit card. I never have this problem before and I am sure all of the information I provided is correct.

Is there anyway to solve this issue? I got verified for everything except phone number.
