# Payoneer payout pending for days

My requested payoneer payout request has been pending for days now. Its my first withdrawal via Payoneer tho. Anybody with the same experience?

Hey @Monica,
I have answered you in the other topic, but since it is your first time withdrawing on Payoneer, please check the following information:
**If this is the first time you are withdrawing money, it may take up to 7 days to process. This is an extra precautionary step that Payoneer takes. Afterwards, it will take typically 2 days.**
**If your withdrawal status is “Needs Approval” and the withdrawal occurs during the weekend, it will be reviewed on Monday at the latest.**

I can see here that the payout request was completed successfully.
Also, please note that most payouts occur within a few hours, but some cases may take up to 2 business days.

Hey Mods! I recently sold a key. The payment was first on hold from the buyer for 3 days, and now when the payment is done Gameflip needs another 3 days to approve it for me. Is this a regular process?

Regarding the buyer hold, it all depends from buyer to buyer because they all have up to three days to test the item they purchased.
Now, the sales proceeds are held in escrow for a temporary period of time. This is to prevent scammers from cashing out before they can be reported and investigated. Once this time period expires, you will be able to access the funds from your sales.
Also, as you establish a good selling record over a period of time, the number of days that the cash from completed sales is held will be reduced and may even be instantly available.

Thanks for the invite code.
I have verified with the Financial Team and they have cancelled the payout.
This way you can request the payout once again, since there was nothing on the system informing to why the payout was still pending. Please inform us if this issue persists ok?

Since this was your first time making a payout, it could have taken up to 7 days to process, but I can see that you payout was approved successfully now.
This is an extra precautionary step that our payment processor partner does.
Future payouts should take typically 2 days to complete ok.
