I’m having this issue I requested a withdrawal march 01, 2021 and still didn’t receive the money until this day march 08, 2021. Here’s my Code H6TPXJ. Hope you could help me

Hello @Anna,
I have verified your payout and can see that the withdraw is still pending on our side.
Also, on this account, it seems this is your first time doing a withdraw on Payoneer. Are you using a new Payoneer account?

Now, on the withdraw screen, what appears to you when you click o Payoneer?
If possible, could you please provide me a screenshot of the following area on the withdraw screen:
