# People are buying from me and I can’t log in

I have 20 sales that keep piling up my phone is notifying me over and over I’m late for a sale and my account says I’m banned your Customer service sucks and no response I’m getting bad reveiws because of this what is going on here

If you haven’t already, please [create a ticket](https://gameflip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to request that your listings be placed to draft (since you were banned). Users who were banned are supposed to have all their “On Sale” listings automatically set as “Draft”. You could also ask why you were banned and how to be unbanned in the ticket.
