Heya, i have some problem and already ask for a support about 1 day ++  
here is my ticket 127787  
if there is an admin here i really beging on your support dude  
its been 2 days stuck on pending status so please help me ☹

Hey I answered your ticket.

In\_transit means thtat your payout is processing. As said within the ticket, BTC withdraws takes up to 4 complete business days to finish this process.
