# Random Poor rating

Not really a bug but just seeking some advice. I got a random poor rating yesterday but the two transactions went great? It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary but the buyer still left me one good rating and one poor rating both with no message. Is this kind of thing allowed or can it be fixed?
