# Retrieving Item From Bot

I have encountered an issue.

I have purchased an item (AWP | Elite Build) for $4 off of a user. Now, I have one hour to retrieve the skin but I am pretty sure I put the wrong 3rd party trade url because when I try to receive it I get this: [https://prnt.sc/jnsuin](https://prnt.sc/jnsuin)

How do I change the URL? Help me please.

This is because your inventory is full.

Please, try emptying some space and then try to retrive your item.
