Has made previous accounts that were banned. Last time he spammed all my listings after being called out. He posts on high value items, often belonging to new users, with the same statement asking they contact him via his steam account which he links. This account he keeps posting and still hasn’t been banned yet. Majetztic Moon, Vasilis and a few others have seen his attempts as well and could surely confirm (not sure if they use the forums.) I’ve reported his comments a few times, but this account still lingers.
