# Skrill withdraw been in transit for 2 weeks need help

Hey, my Skrill withdraw has been “in transit” for 2 weeks now. I’ve gotten the “you’ve received money” email from the supposed real Skrill literally the same minute after I requested a withdraw but never got the money. I’ve also made a ticket the day after I withdrew and haven’t received a response within the 2 weeks. (Even made another the other day with no response) I desperately need the money and I’m getting no hope that I’ll ever receive it.
