Sony is not letting me redeem my psn codes

I was using my phone to enter the codes and then switched to my console and then received a error code from Sony. Now my account is locked and I don’t know what I can do. I know the sellers sent me good codes so I don’t want to dispute the sale. Need help asap

Not sure what we’re supposed to do, when your 2 options are clear:

  1. Open dispute and get money back
  2. Call Sony customer support to resolve the issue

Mods are literally unable to help you here, they are not involved with any 3rd party accounts like PSN.
