# The buyer does not answer me, what should I do?

Hello!I am writing to you because my buyer opened a dispute and did not answer my messages for 7+ days. I gave him absolutely working code, which he could not activate on his platform (STEAM), but in the product description I indicated on which platforms the code can be used (dmm and [mail.ru](http://mail.ru))! My code works as indicated in the description. Please contact the buyer so that he cancels the dispute. Thank you.

I tried to write in those support, but I do not give up more than 7 days.
