Too many requests for login security code

Hello ，

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my account security verification today.

Everything was working normally before, but today I am no longer receiving the SMS verification codes on my phone. I also tried using the iOS verification method and my authenticator app, but the codes are always shown as incorrect.

Because I have tried multiple times, I have now received several security warning emails about too many incorrect verification attempts. I’m concerned that my account may be restricted or locked even though I am simply trying to log in and complete the verification.

Could you please check whether there is any issue with the verification system or my account? Please also let me know how I can safely regain access without triggering further security warnings.

I have already submitted a support ticket, but it usually takes 2–3 days to receive a response. This will seriously affect my ability to deliver orders on time.
