Transactions under review

I have taken the time to read the forum and I totally understand why transactions go under review. However it is very frustrating when you are verified and have had 2 transactions already placed under review after being verified. I have missed out on some good items because I can’t purchase another item while waiting for the review. Once again I get it on certain things but every purchase takes me more than around 4 hours??

Are you using the app or are you viewing through a web browser, because I just noticed today that if you do it through a web browser, even one on your phone, when you go to add funds on the web browser it gives you an option to go and put in the last 4 digits on your billing statement from the pending transaction Palma and once you put those four digits in it completes it, but with the app oh, you have to do it through email and it’s just a big ole mess
