My brother tried to buy some items and in the process somehow I’ve been charged 3 times and have no items or money in the account but the money had already been pulled from the account. Need help asap ---

Was your brother [adding funds](https://gameflip.com/wallet/usd/deposit) to the website, or purchasing an item [directly](https://gameflip.com/checkout/c27554f7-7d2c-43e1-a70b-5b94fa07bba2) with a card? If it’s added funds then it’s possible he bought them multiple times by accident?
