Why my application for withdrawal is rejected???

Good day,

Can you please state the reason, why my application for withdrawal is rejected?

I have sent you the driver’s license (pictures of back and front of it), as you require.

The pictures are clear, the driver’s license is not expired. So what seems to be a problem???

I am disappointed, that Gameflip acts this way - keeps my money for no reason.

you need to sell at least 20 items on the site as well

I have read your requirements again and again, and I didn’t see, that you require to sell “at least 20 items”

Can you please show where does it say on your website???
