Can i withdraw with BTC if im under 18?

I have around 9000$ on gameflip and i want to withdraw with BTC (Paypal must verify but im not 18)

Can i use my parent to confirm my withdraw?

Unfortunately not. You will need to provide a valid ID or driver’s license and be over 18 to apply for withdrawal. I’m sorry.
