It’s not that Gameflip isn’t banning them, they keep finding ways to make new accounts to impersonate Gameflip. One way Gameflip deals with them is by blocking their ip address and Gameflip will never comment on a listing. When users get a notification about a comment, the end of the message always tells them it is not by Gameflip. Unfortunately there are still people who aren’t sharp enough to comprehend it or catch on. In a way, it is their own fault.
