Try the First Descendant. My friend and I have plenty of fun in the private campaign. The game has the best dungeons!
I also like it because it’s original IP mutant super heroes with powers working to repel an alien invasion. I like Bunny with her super speed!

Terraria. I loved playing it with friends
GTA Online is cool.
DOTA and other MOBA’s are fun for 2 players,. because you can play the same lane with your friend and work together to kill enemies/towers over microphone conversation. Brilliant!
