Does the funds that i receive after selling items goes direclty to my bank account?

Yes it does but it will take roughly a week if it’s your first time cashing out as the demand takes time to process.

Pardon, the money goes to your Gameflip wallet which then can be cashed out.

As @J4KE said, it firstly goes to your Gameflip wallet. Then you will be able to request a cash out.
