How can i find the status of the tiocket I submitted?
Were you signed in at the time of submitting the ticket?
If so, go to Gameflip Help > My Activities > All your previous and current tickets should be there:
If you were not signed in when you submitted the ticket, there is no way to see the status of your ticket, only the details in your email.
I see, thanks. Unfortunately I wasn’t signed in at the time, so I resubmitted a new ticket jiust now. If the process takes too long, are there any moderators that I can contact on here?
I am not sure that @Sparkling_Juice can intervene in things such as this, but his info is very helpful and may be able to do something.
