As the title says if i try to buy something with my paypal account the paypal secure browser won’t open and btw my internet connection is fine.
This is because you have a pop up blocker activated in your web browser.
Please disable it and the secure browser should appear.

The same thing is happening to me and my pop up blocker is not activated.
what can i do?
Try different browser, delete cache and history. Try from incognito.
