I have purchased amazon gift cards on Oct. 15 and my orders are still under review and no action has been taken and each reply from your CS takes 2 for them to reply. Like they asked sent us your identification documents so I sent after 2 days they told me there is something missing and I sent them back again and now still no reply and
I am really in hurry please help.
Your CS doesn’t take into consideration other country operators and regulations and restrictions as they asked for a phone bill and I have a prepaid phone so how could I help them I already sent them another proof that it’s my phone
