Unable to add phone number

i cannot add my phone number to gameflip i am getting following error

Error:[HTTP 400] 21408 : Unable to create record Permission to send an SMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the ‘To’ number: +960******. https://www.twilio.com/docs/errors/21408

Please respond to my ticket somebody id #434627

It means your phone is in the region that is not supported.

Now , i am getting too many attempts error
