I tried signing up today to purchase some gift cards and I can’t create a new account because my phone number has already been used (2 years ago). I tried recovering my account with my phone number but that doesn’t work either. Help?
you can’t use the same number for 2 accounts, so you will have to buy a new number or use another number for new account it would be great and easier for you
If you still remember the old account’s username and have a phone bill to that number, you could submit them to support and ask them to unlink that phone number.
