i request a withdraw to btc in 29 sep and until now 5 aug it is still pending also a 2days ago i request another withdraw to btc and shows until now (needs approvel) first time i do this it took nearly 2 days and payment send to my wallet ??
also i submit a ticket about his 5 days ago but no one answers
can the admins help me with this
