quick question - have you all experienced adding giftcards to grubhub and seeing correct balance, while it mysteriously went away for no reason?
i purchased a few giftcards and added to balance and everything looks great. Until a week ago, i see balances dropped 200 without me ordering anything…
Has anyone experienced the same? There customer service is obviously shitty and cannot get any straight answers.
