I withdrawed for bitcoin and the payment is still pending. Usually i get the money at this time or so. Anyone else is having the same issue?

I’m waiting since this morning. It should be on transit at this time but it’s still pending.

Thursday was a holiday (Thanksgiving) in the US, as was Friday. They only do BTC withdrawals on business days unfortunately. So we have to wait until Monday.

As Thomas1 has mentioned, we did face a delay on the bitcoin payments due to the holidays in the past week, but it should be ok now.

After checking into your account, I can see that it was paid.
